It synchronises with Apple Health, tracks a daily calorie goal, and shows the energy remaining once your activity has been counted. Frequent meals can be saved so the next log is a tap.
The app runs on your device. There is no account to create, and no personal data is collected or stored.
Purchases are handled by RevenueCat, which retains only what is required to verify a purchase and restore it if the app is reinstalled.
